Login issues If you are having issues logging into your Lab, please check the troubleshooting guide below.

Please use your Browser BACK button anytime to return to the Login screen.

If the suggestions below are not helpful, please contact your Community of Practice Manager or Administrator and request an account reset.
Step 1: Do you have an account?

Please enter your email address below to check if you have an account in the Lab.





After you click button, check maessage top of your screen. Green is OK, Red means no account found.

If Green, you may have a Password issue. Contact your Administrator.

If Red, your account is either NOT setup in the Portal, OR perhaps under a different email address?. Contact the Admin for assistance.

Step 2: Password issue?

If you email address comes up GREEN (under the Check Now button left), contact dementialearningsupport@dementia.org.au for assistance.

Please try typing your password (not copy and paste). Copy and paste can add a space character at the beginning or end of your password.

If above fails, try the Password reset below. You will have up to 60 minutes to activate the reset link.

Step 3: Final options → Browser based issues
Get latest Google Chrome browser

Turn pop-up blocker OFF

It's always a good rule of thumb to restart your computer and clear your browser cache when encountering issues.

How to clear cache (all browsers)

Check your Internet speed
You should see a minimum of 10Mbps speed. If under 8Mps - this could account for issues in the Lab.
Notes

Passwords are case-sensitive.

Do NOT copy and paste password - Type it in to avoid accidental spaces etc
