The Talk with Ted Simulations and the E-Learning steps in the program will open up a NEW tab in your browser. Sometimes,
your Browser will block the pop-up by default - and you need to allow pop-ups via this website. Note:
If this happens, when you click on Steps 1, 3 & 4
in the program, if you do NOT see the module lauch (e.g, you are stuck on the Launch screen,
it is most likely you have a pop-up blocker ON. You will see a little notification on the far right of your Browser URL bar.
Turn pop-up blocker OFF
Every time your computer accesses a website, your browser makes a copy to improve load-time (speed) on your next visit. This is called Cache
Cache is great in regards performance, however it can often cause your computer to NOT refresh your screen with updated information.
If you have having problems (e.g. Your completion status is not updating, or your E-Learning bookmark is not working), try clearing Cache.
You can try to following steps:
- Option 1: Click in your Browswer URL bar, and then press the
Control & F5
keys on your keyboard. This will reload the page. Often this will resolve the issue on its own. - Option 2: If option 1 does not resolve your issue, try

It's always a good rule of thumb to restart your computer and clear your browser cache when encountering issues.
How to clear cache (all browsers)Check your Internet speed
You should see a minimum of 10Mbps speed. If under 8Mps - this could account for issues in the Lab.
