The following workflow outlines the full process to be able to access the Talk with Ted program.

1. Register your account
2. On your first login, click on the Pay with Card button, under the Subscribe to Talk with Ted button. This requires a valid credit card, and the subscription fee is AUD $ 99.00
3. Upon the successful step 2 transaction, your screen will automatically refresh, and you will immediately be able to access the 5-step Talk with Ted program.

The Talk with Ted program consists of five modules, or steps. You must complete each step in the displayed sequence - one through to five to complete the program.

1. Step 1: Simulation Experience. This will open a new tab within your browswer, where you will participate in a virtual phone call with Ted.
2. Step 2: Pre Training Survey. A short survey before you complete the next two modules.
3. Step 3: E-learning. On online 40 minute training program designed to enhance your next encounter with Ted.
4. Step 4: Simulation Experience. You will participate in another virtual phone call with Ted, following your training from step 3.
5. Step 5: Post Training Survey. A short survey at the completion of your journey, so we may continue to improve the overall program.

Once you successfully complete all five steps, you can download your Certificate of Completion. This will be available both on your Home Page or within Step 5 TAB.
